Greenforest, Georgia post player Ike Obiagu has taken four of his five official visits. Obiagu has yet to schedule the fifth official visit. Ike also plans to take one unofficial visit.

Baylor and Long Beach State were the most recent official visits for Obiagu. “Both visits were great and I had a very good time at each school.” Ike felt that each school was different but different in a very good way. Following the visits Ike looked for the positives from each visit. “That way I’ll know that if a school has more of the positive things I am looking for, it will be my school."

Ike had previously visited Maryland and Georgia Tech and came away with numerous positives from each school. He has yet to schedule the fifth official visit but he knows it will be to Florida State. “I haven't set up a date yet but I will very shortly."  Obiagu is also planning to take an unofficial visit to North Carolina State. “I’m waiting until the area gets back to normal from the recent hurricane.”

Where does Ike stand with each of the schools left on his list? He broke down each of those schools for GoJackets.com.

Baylor – “They have great coaches and they do a good job with the big’s on the roster. The visit went well and I like the campus."

Long Beach State – “It has a good atmosphere there and they have excellent guards on the roster right now. I could come in and play right away. The coaches are also good.”

Maryland – “The coaches are outstanding there. My official went very well when I was there. The program is a great. They have a rich history in basketball. I also like their campus.”

Florida State – “I made a couple of visits there unofficially and liked the campus. It is pretty close to home and the coaches are good. I like where the program is heading.”

North Carolina State – “They have a rich history in basketball and great fan support. I can't wait to make my unofficial visit to see how much I like it when I’m there.”

Georgia Tech – “Coach Pastner is the hardest working coach I've seen. He has passion for the sport. I can come in and play right away. He has the team believing that they will be better sooner than later. Tech is the closest to home and they also have a rich basketball history."

An April decision is where Ike is leaning at the present time. "November might happen but I doubt it. I think April is when I will choose my school."
