Trey Dunmon (Scout.com 2-star OL) is back from his official visit to Georgia Tech and seems pleased with his decision to commit there previously. Dunmon says, "It was great, I liked it a lot." "Everything was great. We got treated the best. Everybody was awesome, the players were awesome." Did the visit firm up his commitment? "Well, I already wanted to go. I already committed so, I mean, I knew that's where I wanted to go. So they just added to what I already knew. And they answered a bunch of questions for me about players I was going to be with and people I was going to be around and all. So, I didn't have any doubts about it, it did kind of satisfy some decisions I had made.

Who were Trey's hosts for the visit? Dunmon says, "I hung out with Honeycutt (Brad Honeycutt) and Salih (Salih Besirevic)." They all had dinner at Capital Grille. The group at dinner included: Trey, Brad, Salih, TE recruit Alec Huber, his parents and some Tech coaches. Defensive line coach Giff Smith was the coach who recruited Trey.

What is Trey's current height and weight? Dunmon says, "Like 6'3", 245 or something like that." "Yeah, I dropped a lot of weight." Is Trey playing other sports right now? "I'm going to start track when it comes around but I'm not doing anything right now. I'm just working out." Do the Tech coaches have goals for Trey's weight level when he reports? Trey says, "They want me to be around 275-280, something like that." Is that realistic to get back to there by fall practice? "Yes sir, I'll be able to."

Trey doesn't see himself as a Tackle in the college game. He says, "I'll probably a Guard or a Center. I played Tackle all through high school but Tackles in college are well over my height and weight." Does Trey see himself contributing right away or being redshirted? "I don't know. A lot of that depends on my weight and what I do with that and how far that comes along by August. I know I'll be working on it constantly."
