Weekend Update: GT Basketball Recruits

As the regular seasons start to roll toward the playoffs, Georgia Tech's basketball commits continue to play well and help their teams win games. The weekend performances include a handful of double-doubles, a two-game 66-point performance, and a live television appearance.

Thaddeus Young played against Bolivar (Willie Kemp - Memphis, Wayne Chism - Tennessee) on ESPNU. He was saddled with 3 fouls in the first half but was still the player of the game with 19 pts, 10 rbs, 5 blks and 3 assists in a 69-67 win.

Javaris Crittenton had a couple of very impressive performances again. He had 35 pts against Eagles Landing Christian (the team he burned for 54 two weeks ago) in a 75-53 win and 31 pts in a 72-39 win over Landmark Christian.

Brad Sheehan had 17 pts and 13 rebs in a 51-42 road win against Bethlehem.

Zach Peacock had 34 pts in an 82-54 win over Goleman and 28 pts and 10 rbs in a tough 61-57 loss to #2 Pace.
