GoJackets.com was at practice this morning as the team continued its preparations for the 2006 season. Rod Mackenzie and Kamden Robb were there to witness the action and bring us their observations from the practice field (as well as some exclusive photos).

Here is a portion of the practice report.

7. The mentoring by our starters continued today with Cox working with Bray and Calvin working with some of the younger receivers.

8. Coach Geis rode BeBe today after he had a few drops. Told him it was unacceptable. He came back by making a one handed grab that put a big smile on Calvin's face.

9. Reggie had a good morning but was plagued by some drops by the receivers. The highlight was a TD fly pattern to James Johnson. Mike Matthews, whose been having a really good camp catching the ball, dropped a few as did BeBe and Grant.

10. The star on offense today was Correy Earls. He caught everything thrown his way.
