Tony, I understand your high school football team has had a successful season.
"Yes sir we have indeed. We finished with an 8-2 record and beat our big rival for the 3rd time in a row. That was sweet as our rival is the second oldest high school rivalry in the nation and it is always sweet when you can beat your rival."
So, your team is headed to the playoffs?
"We start this Friday night and we plan on winning out as our goal. Our team is ready for the play offs."
Moving to the college recruiting front, did you get any news on your SAT and academic front?
"Yes, sir, my guidance counselor told me my scores had improved a good bit for me and that really pleased me. Still, I am going to work harder to improve them even more and look to have very good academics scores heading into college."
As for college, which teams are you looking at right now?
That is a pretty impressive 7 schools to choose from, would any of them be in the lead?
"I'd like to say they are all even but if I had to choose right now, Georgia Tech would be the one for me. They offer everything I want. The degree I want and a great football team and tradition."
What degree are you looking to get from college?
"I want to major in Software Engineering, especially the area of video game production. That really fascinates me and GT has a good degree in that area."
Do you have any official visits set up?
"Yes sir, I do. My visits are with Georgia Tech, Pittsburgh, Clemson, and Virginia Tech. Those are the only visits I plan on taking so you could say they my top four."
As for making a commitment, when could you say you want to make one?
"I'd like to say I will make my commitment after all four of my visits but I can see me making an early commitment as I have received an offer from Georgia Tech now. My official visit to Georgia Tech will be the weekend of December 8th."
Tony, I'd like to thank you for taking time of your evening to give us your interview.
"No, thank you for allowing me to give this interview, it was a pleasure speaking with you and I enjoyed our conversation."
