Curtis, how is the recruiting coming along?

"It is really picking up. I got home today from workouts as we are getting ready for spring practice and I had two offers. They were from Penn State and Northwestern."

Being from Pennsylvania I bet the offer from Penn State was one that you were excited to get?

"Yes sir I sure am excited about the offer from Penn State. I have always been fond of them. However, I still am still open with my recruiting."

What other schools are still recruiting you hard?

"Right now Georgia Tech, Maryland, Wisconsin, and a few others are staying in constant contact with me. I talk to the coaches at Georgia Tech a lot."

Will you see any other schools on visits?

"My coach has told me that a lot of schools will be coming by our spring practices in the next two weeks and that I should be getting more offers once they see me in person. I am looking forward to my recruiting for the next couple of weeks."

Do you still plan on coming down to Georgia Tech this summer?

"Oh yes sir, that is still a big plan of mine. I want to get down and see Georgia Tech and I am definitely looking forward to the trip."

Has a leader emerged from the group of schools looking at you?

"I would say that Penn State has pulled ahead of Georgia Tech just slightly. I say this because I have a chance to see what Penn State is all about and see what they have to offer. Once I get a chance to visit Georgia Tech, that could very well change the other way too."

Dale's Take:
Curtis is still sticking to his plans despite picking up two offers this week. He wants to come to Atlanta to see Georgia Tech before making a decision. He has other teams he likes but this looks like a two way battle for Curtis as a player between Penn State and Georgia Tech.
