The 6-foot-3, 258-pound defensive end has been offered by virtually every school in the South, and he's also picking up attention on the national level.
Still, picking up an offer from Georgia was important to Mann, he said. The Bulldogs are now solidly in his top five.
"I have Florida, Tennessee, Auburn, Miami and Georgia at the top of my list," he said. "I feel strongly about each of those schools."
Frankly, Mann says he'd prefer to play in the 4-3 defensive scheme at the next level, but, "it really doesn't matter. I prefer the 4-3, but wherever I go that's what I'll adjust to," he said.
The attention is on overload for Mann at the present moment. He picked up his first verbal offer in ninth grade, but since his junior season concluded schools and the media have been all over the Stephenson standout.
Currently, he's looking at education and the depth chart in evaluating each school on his list.
"Really education is the No. 1 priority," he said. "Getting a good education is important. Also, wherever has the best depth chart is where I'm going to go. Those are the two things I'm looking at."
