"I have always been a Georgia fan my whole life. My father is a very big Georgia fan and he watches all of Georgia's games on TV," said Hannaford.
The big lineman said that he has already visited Athens for Georgia's annual G-Day game. "I talked with Coach Callaway and Coach Johnson at the G-Day game when I went up there," he said. "They want me to come up to their camp and I plan on doing that," Hannaford said.
Hannaford is confident in himself and his skills. He said: "I think that I am the best offensive linemen in the area, if not in the state. But last year I was too heavy and I had a knee injuries. So I lost 50 pounds."
Hannaford said that one thing that could help Georgia sign him is the coaching staff's sincerity. "I like the coaching staff. They did not seem like they were trying to put on a show. I like the campus. I want to major in agriculture and I know that they have a good agriculture school," Hannaford said.
