Preview 2004: Robert Baham of Tampa, Florida. Georgia and Florida State are the leaders for this safety from the sunshine state.

"I plan on going to Georgia's camp this summer," said Robert Baham of Tampa, Florida. Georgia and Florida State are the leaders for this safety from the sunshine state.

He said that he has not spoken with the coaches from Georgia yet, but that they will be visiting him soon.

"Georgia will be down this Thursday at our Jamboree day to evaluate me," he said.

Baham described himself as a physical player. "I can play the run and cover. My strength is that I can tackle well," he said.

"Man-to-man coverage is something that I need to work on," Baham admitted. He said that he was not shabby at man-to-man coverage right now, but that he wants to "perfect it."

When I asked him why he was interested in Georgia he said: "I have family in Georgia and they have told me that it is a great place to go. Also, some productive pro players have come out of Georgia," he said.

I also asked him what factors will impact his decision between his favorite schools he said: "I want to know that I can play in my first season. That will be the reason why I pick the school that I pick. I would like to play as a true freshman."
