Wise is taking trips

DeAndre Wise is a true center, he has been starting on the Varsity level since 9th grade and he is hearing from a number of schools.

Schools like Georgia, Georgia Tech, Kentucky, North Carolina State, Tennessee, and Vanderbilt among others have DeAndre Wise on their radar. The center out of Alpharetta, Ga. has visited Vanderbilt and Georgia Tech this fall and he enjoyed each trip.

"On my trip to Vanderbilt (when they played Georgia), there were some paticulars I admired about Vanderbilt. I admired their campus, football facilities, the city of Nashville, and their coaching staff, especially Coach [James] Franklin.

"On my Georgia Tech visit I really enjoyed seeing their world class weight room and their campus. I also liked the fanfare and the football atmosphere that makes you feel right at home," said Wise.

No offers are in for the 6-foot-2, 280 pound junior, but he is playing hard, working hard, and trying to show college coaches would he could be on the next level.
