Antonio Riles found out about his offer from Georgia Tuesday.
A 6-4, 250-pound defensive end from Archer High in Lawrenceville, Ga., Riles' offer from the Bulldogs became official after a conversation with assistant coach Rodney Garner
But there's a twist.
"Actually I have had the offer for a while, but I wasn't aware of it until (Tuesday)," Riles said. "I was told to call Coach Garner, and he solidified it for me."
Riles has had a significant past 48 hours. Florida offered Monday, adding to a list that already included Tennessee and Kentucky.
Edit to add: Clemson offered Riles late Tuesday night.
He plans to visit Kentucky this weekend and will either visit Athens or Knoxville March 3.
"My coaches told me when one offer came in they would start flooding," Riles said. "I'm going to take a couple visits to junior days and spring practices."
His childhood favorites were Georgia and Clemson, "but everything is kind of wide open right now," Riles said.
