New Leaders and offers for Tucker DE

Brandon Lang has been busy playing baseball and collecting scholarship offers this spring. Georgia was listed as an early favorite. Has anything changed?

Brandon Lang is a tremendous athlete with a wealth of potential at 6-5 and 220 pounds. He has been clocked as low as 4.5 in the forty, and he just finished a busy spring. As a pitcher for the Tucker baseball team, Lang went 6-2 on the season, and he batted .295 in helping to lead Tucker to the Sweet 16 in Georgia.

While it was a busy spring for Lang, several college football coaches found the time to stop by Tucker and offer Lang a scholarship.

"Yeah, it's been a busy spring," said Lang with a laugh. "We just got back from Auburn's passing camp and Furman's team camp. I'm going to Florida State next weekend, and I'm going to Georgia in July. I think that's it for the summer. I've gotten a bunch of offers so far; My favorite teams right now though are Georgia and Auburn. After those two I like Florida State, Maryland, North Carolina, LSU, and Louisville."

Ironically, the only teams on Lang's list that haven't offered are his two favorites. Should Georgia and Auburn not tender a scholarship offer, Lang has ample choices in front of him already.
