The latest on Langley

Brendan Langley is one of the top athletes in the state of Georgia. He visited UGA Friday and that will be his final visit before announcing his decision. He talks about that and his teammate's commitment to Georgia here.

"I was at Georgia Friday night and I am done with visits now," Brendan Langley told Scout. "There is nothing new with me really, I am still looking at Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Everything is still the same."

Langley spent a few hours in Athens Friday night and the Dawgs hoped to leave a strong impression, but did they?

"I just kind of hung-out over there for a little. I talked to Coach [Todd] Grantham for a little bit, but I did not talk much to the coaches. I did not talk to Coach [Mark] Richt, but just watched the camp, and supported my teammate Quincy Mauger."

Mauger became UGA's commitment for 2012 Friday night. The 6-foot-1, 196 pound safety out of Kell had a solid showing and Langley feels the Dawgs are getting a good one.

"I am going to be completely unbiased here, but Quincy may be the best safety in Georgia," said the four-star corner. "He has the size and he has the speed, but he also has something so many other safeties don't have, the ability to cover. So many of the others can't do that and that is what makes him different."

Langley is quite ready to pull the trigger now, but the 6-foot-1, 185 pound Scout300 member will be soon.

"I am still planning to commit in August. I am done with visits and I will be committing soon."
