Nick Chubb ran for 363 yards and four touchdowns in the season opener and this 2014 running back out of the Peach State is one to watch.
Nick Chubb is a 5-foot-10, 208 pound running back that runs the 40 yard dash in 4.5 seconds. He is a junior out of Cedartown, Ga. and he ran for 363 yards and four touchdowns in the season opener.
He is starting to draw some interest.
"Georgia and Georgia Tech are the only schools I have heard from so far," Chubb said. "Georgia invited me to their games and I tried to get to the Buffalo game, but I wasn't able to make it."
He hopes to get to Athens and Atlanta for a game or two this fall, but he would also like to get to a game in Columbia, S.C.
"South Carolina is a school I have always liked, but I haven't heard from them yet. I really like Marcus Lattimore and I would love to come in after him to play there."
Chubb is still a new name to many, but if he continues to play like he did Friday night against Rockmart, his name will continue to get out there.
