Fluker still visiting Texas?

Shaquille Fluker had a visitor on Tuesday and it was Scott Lakatos from Georgia. Fluker remains committed to UGA, but Texas could have him on their campus this weekend.

"I am still supposed to visit Texas this weekend. I should be talking to them soon to get everything scheduled, but I am planning to visit them right now," Shaquille Fluker told Scout Tuesday night.

The Longhorns recently offered Fluker and he does not know a lot about them yet, but he would like to check them out.

"I know Texas is a big school and they have had a lot of good teams. I have talked to Coach [Bo] Davis and he has told me some about the school, but I will learn more with a visit."

Does the visit to UT lessen the strength of his commitment to the Dawgs?

"For now, Georgia is still the school I am committed to and they are in the lead. I just want to visit another school to see how they are," said the 6-foot-1, 205 pound safety out of East Mississippi Community College.

Georgia's Scott Lakatos stopped by to check on Fluker on Tuesday.

"We just talked about Georgia, how he was happy to come see me, and how he is excited to get me down to Georgia for a visit in January."

Fluker is a May graduate and he will have three years to play two.
