Jaylen is spending the week preparing for Saturday's Shrine Bowl. The teams are going through two a days as they prepare for the game. "All the guys are great. We are all having a good time and that's a good thing."

January will be a busy month for Miller. Three of his weekends will be spent taking official visits to Georgia Tech, Maryland, and Wake Forest.

His first visit will be to Georgia Tech on January 11th. "Coach (Mike) Sewak really wanted me to come in that weekend so I made the date for Georgia Tech that weekend." Miller has previously visited Georgia Tech and is looking forward to learning more about the school.

The weekend of January 18th Miller will be going to Wake Forest. "On the weekend of January 25th, I will go to Maryland for an official there."

A fourth possible visit could be to North Carolina State. "I've talked with Coach Smith at North Carolina State and we are trying to set up a date for the first weekend in February."

Miller would like to take all five of his official visits. "I will have to see if the North Carolina State one happens and what other school I can get in between the end of the year and the one at North Carolina State."

Even though he would like to take all his visits, Miller knows that he could possibly make a decision on one of the visits. "I will choose the school where I feel the most comfortable while I am there." Taking all five visits will be the likely scenario for Miller.

Jaylen doesn't have a preference of whether he plays in a 3-4 or a 4-3 defensive scheme. "The only thing about the defense that matters is that I want to pay defensive end."

As signing day gets closer, Wake Forest, Georgia Tech, Maryland, North Carolina State, North Carolina, and Marshall are the schools that are turning up their recruitment of Miller.
