(8-3) got back in the win column with a 75-40 win over Davidson (4-7) that included a stout defensive performance and domination on the boards.
The Lady Vols scored 26 points off of 24 Wildcat turnovers and swarmed the boards with a 48-26 advantange.
Freshman Bashaara Graves led all scorers with 16 points and also grabbed 10 boards. Sophomores Isabelle Harrison and Cierra Burdick, who came off the bench, tallied 13 and 10 points, respectively.
"I am very proud of our team and how we bounced back," Warlick said. "I was pretty tough on them the last two days. I am not going to settle on them being average."
Tennessee returns to the court Sunday against Big East foe Rutgers. Tip time at the arena is 1 p.m. Eastern, and SportSouth has the broadcast.
