Harris reports that his most recent offer came from the home state Bulldogs of Mississippi State.
"I called and talked to my are recruiting Coach (Greg) Knox and he told me that they had a scholarship for me," said Harris. "He wanted me to talk to Coach (David) Turner, the position coach, and he confirmed the offer too.
"Both of them said that they really want me to come up there and a be a part of their program."
Harris reports that he recently took in a junior day event in Starkville in order to learn more about the Bulldogs.
"Junior day was a real nice time," said Harris. "I had a good time and I got to see everything up there.
"They told me that it's more like a family up there than anything else."
While the Bulldogs have made a strong early impression, Harris reports that he is going to keep his options open for some time.
"I don't really have any leaders right now," said Harris. "I want to wait things out for a while and maybe make a decision during like the middle of my senior season.
"I want to go somewhere that I can get playing time. I want to be in a good atmosphere and a good program."
Harris plans to attend Junior Day at the University of Louisiana on March 23rd.
"I think Louisiana is going to end up offering me a scholarship," said Harris. "They have been showing me a lot of interest and Auburn has too.
"I think one of those two will probably be the next school to offer me."
