Russell is someone you want on your team. He goes to school (3.7 GPA), he goes about his business, he works extremely hard, and he pushes those around him without ever saying a word. He is a quiet leader, but he makes a lot of noise on the field. He gets off the ball well, he really hits those gaps quickly, and he can get up the field. He is a versatile lineman who could play inside or outside in Georgia's 3-4 scheme. He has very active hands and his effort goes until the whistle blows. He can still work on more a consistent pad level and he can work on his quickness when re-directing to the ball. He is someone that is naturally strong and he can overpower his opponents on the high school level. He also has good lower-body explosiveness. Look for Russell to compete for very early playing time at Georgia.
