DE Darian Roseboro Profile
The prospect is 6-foot-5, 265-pound sophomore Darian Roseboro.
"Dan Brooks, he stopped by last week in my first period. It was Friday. He wants to get me down there [for a visit]," he told CUTigers last week, during an interview.
They spoke after Brooks stopped by for the evaluation stop.
"He wants to get me down there and stay in contact with them," Roseboro said.
"He said Clemson wants me, but Clemson has a lot to offer, not only on the field, but academic-wise. There are great people there."
When he does make it down to Clemson this summer, it won't be the first trip to Tigertown for Roseboro.
"I've been down there plenty of times. There's too many to count," he said.
Roseboro added, "A month ago, I went down there to watch a spring practice. They wanted me to come down. I watched them practice, talked with some of the coaches, met some of the people there and some of the players."
N.C. State, Duke, South Carolina and Georgia also hosted him for visits this spring. This summer, he'll hit the camp circuit. Clemson, N.C. State, Duke and Georgia will host him for visits. So could Michigan and Notre Dame.
"It's going to be a pretty summer," Roseboro said.
Clemson, Duke, ECU, Michigan, UNC and N.C. State have offered.
"It's too early for me to decide, because I haven't been able to get a real feel for each school," Roseboro said. "I'll probably know that when I get to each school and see which one I like, see what the school has to offer, just get down there and experience it."
As a sophomore, Roseboro had 107 tackles, 30 tackles for loss, eight sacks, four forced fumbles and four fumble recoveries.
As a freshman, he had had 107 tackles, seven sacks and 12 tackles for loss.
