You never know for sure if a true freshman offensive lineman will play at Georgia unless there is an immediate need. But Brandon Kublanow is prepared to play SEC-level football right now. It remains to be seen if he will required to play this fall.
He's one of the better players Georgia signed in 2013. Kublanow is mean and certainly plays aggressive enough at times to be called dirty. Put it this way – he's going to finish off a block. Georgia would benefit from more players with Kublanow's attitude. His fight will spill over into the locker room and off the field during the eight months of the season Georgia isn't playing on the field.
He's a younger, less experienced version of David Andrews. You can't win playing with five Brandon Kublanows on the offensive line because someone would have to play tackle, but if you had five players with his explosive won't-quit-until-its-done attitude the line would have even more production.
He will be a good and dependable player for Georgia – perhaps sooner rather than later.
