Georgia and LSU were tied for second in the conference with eight selections apiece. Alabama led the way with 16 total selections.

The Bulldogs tied with the Tide for the most First Team selections on offense with three. Senior quarterback Aaron Murray, sophomore tailback Todd Gurley and senior tight end Arthur Lynch were all voted to the First Team on offense.

Georgia had a combined three Second Team selections. Senior guard Chris Burnette was included on offense while sophomore outside linebacker Jordan Jenkins and junior cornerback Damian Swann were on the Second Team from the defense.

Both sophomore tailback Keith Marshall and junior flanker Malcolm Mitchell were on the Third Team offense to round out the Bulldogs' eight selections.

The Bulldogs open their season on Aug. 31 when they travel to face eighth-ranked Clemson at 8 p.m. The contest, which is 2013's only season-opening top-10 matchup, will be broadcast nationally on ABC. Georgia starts its SEC schedule at home versus sixth-ranked South Carolina on Sept. 7.
