"We had a good practice and got a lot of work in that we needed outside and finished with scout team work inside," Georgia coach Mark Richt said.
The Bulldogs have practiced three consecutive days in full pads, and Richt said it was mainly to keep everybody sharp and operating under the right tempo.
"The goal was not to splatter everybody, it was to keep everybody's mind right, and I think we came through it well," Richt added.
When asked about the possibility of a "Red Out" Saturday at Sanford Stadium, he said he would be all for it.
"It would be a sign of unity from the Bulldog Nation, and we'll have our red on," Richt said. "It will add energy to the day. I'd like to see that."
Kickoff is schedule for 3:30 p.m. ET Saturday, and the game will be televised by CBS. Also ESPN College GameDay will broadcast from Athens starting at 9 a.m.
