Morris Faces Felony Charge

ATHENS - Georgia basketball player Brandon Morris was arrested early Sunday morning on a felony charge of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

According to the Athens-Clarke County Jail Report, Brandon Morris was booked at 3:21 AM Sunday morning on those charges.

Morris was suspended at the start of the 2013-14 season for three games, but coach Mark Fox didn't disclose the reason why.

Morris started 25 of the 31 games he played in last season. He averaged 8.6 points and 3.4 rebounds per game.
