The offers are there.
Many schools are pursuing K.J. Hill and while he will take many factors into consideration, he has one thing on his mind when selecting the college for him -- the NFL.
"I want to go somewhere and up my game," said Hill. "I want to get closer to my dream and play for coaches who can help me fulfill my dreams of playing in the NFL.
"I will go out of state, I will do whatever it takes to make that happen."
Hill has plenty of takers out there and he knows three that will get him on their campus for an official visit.
He has not figured out the other two.
"I am going to take all five official visit before I commit, so I am trying to figure out the schools I will visit officially.
"I know three -- Florida, Oregon, and Alabama for sure. Ohio State is a maybe right now and Arkansas could get one, but they are close to home. I am talking to Tennessee, Notre Dame, Texas Tech, and some other schools about it too. I am just not sure yet."
While at The Opening, the 6-foot-1, 192 pound Scout 300 wide receiver out of Little Rock (Ark.) North Little Rock was had prospects committed to other schools in his ear.
"Preston Williams (No. 1 wide receiver in the country) was working on me about Tennessee and I heard a lot of Roll Tides too. I heard more about Alabama than anyone else. Texas A&M guys were on me also.
"It was all fun though. I liked talking to the different players and hearing what they had to say."
Hill now plans to sit back this fall when he is not playing his games and see what other schools do on the field.
He wants to know for sure what school is right for him before he makes his decision.
"I want to watch the season this year and see how it goes for different teams," Hill said. "I will watch Oregon, Arkansas, Florida, and a lot of them.
"I want to see how teams play, take my official visits, then figure out where I want to go."
Hill is the No. 32 wide receiver in the country on Scout.
