“They are expecting me to come in and play right away,” Magloire said. “They graduate two safeties and there is a reason that they came after junior college guys.
"They want us to be able to come in and play right away. That was one of the aspects of becoming a Wildcat that I liked.
"The defense is going to need a lot of new blood and the Wildcats run a system I like.”
Coming from a program like Arizona Western indicates Magloire should make a quicker transition than most.
“Playing at the junior college I’m at has been a great experience for me," Magloire said. :We’ve got quite a few guys who are going Division I, including some guys that Arizona has gone after.
"It’s just totally different from high school. Guys here are much more physical and mature. A lot of the guys you are playing against are grown men.
"The junior college experience has been incredible for me. I’m going to be a much more prepared guy to enter the D-I ranks this time around.”
despite his commitment, other schools are still trying to gauge Magloire’s interest.
“I still get stuff from time to time, but I’m not interested," he said. "I’m all in on the Wildcats.
"They were on me early, have a place for me to play quickly, and I think they are on their way to getting to the Rose Bowl. I want to be part of that.”
