Wilson Returns, WRs Banged Up

ATHENS - There was good news for Georgia Wednesday when All-SEC inside linebacker Ramik Wilson returned to practice for the first time in a week and a half.

The senior practiced in a non-contact jersey. He had been out after sustaining a concussion.

Also returning to practice in a regular jersey was cornerback Shattle Fenteng. Freshman safety Dominick Sanders was in a non-contact jersey.

Tony Ball’s wide receivers are a banged-up bunch with six players in non-contact jerseys and two others (Malcolm Mitchell and Charlie Hedgedus) out.

Reggie Davis’ left hand was clubbed up in a cast. Freshman Isaiah McKenzie remains out of drills. Practicing in non-contact jerseys: Chris Conley, Justin Scott-Wesley, Kenny Towns and Clay Johnson.

Defensive linemen Chris Mayes and Lamont Gaillard didn’t practice.

Inside linebacker Ryne Rankin returned to practice in a non-contact jersey. Outside linebacker Davin Bellamy was in a non-contact jersey.
