Scott-Wesley appears to be serving a four-game suspension, but Georgia hasn’t confirmed that his marijuana arrest last fall while injured brought more than a one-game suspension.
The Vanderbilt game is the fifth of the season and second violations of Georgia’s drug policy bring a four-game suspension.
Scott-Wesley missed practice time with an ankle injury, but appeared to be full-speed in practice last week but did not play against Troy.
Mitchell has been out after arthroscopic knee surgery in late July. Rumph has been sidelined by a hamstring injury.
Meanwhile, tailback Keith Marshall is “very doubtful” for Tennessee and did not practice Monday.
Richt said “we don’t think anything serious happened—a sprained knee, sprained ankle. I think the ankle is bothering him more than the knee right now.”
Cornerback Damian Swann practiced Monday after missing the Troy game with a “contact headache.”
Safety Quincy Mauger (shoulder stinger) practiced in a non-contact jersey Monday but is expected to play.
Tennessee is dealing with its own injuries at receiver.
