The Georgia men’s basketball team took down the archrival Florida Gators, 71-46, at Stegeman Coliseum. The No. 22 Bulldogs went on a late 21-2 run to run away with the victory. It would be Florida coach Lon Kruger’s final season with the Gators – Billy Donovan replaced the six-year coach at season’s end.
