Dawgs Offer Georgia Legacy

Georgia is making and early move for one of their own.

Mark Richt and company offered 2017 Westlake OLB Jaden Hunter on Thursday. It is Hunter’s fifth offer, and certainly not his last.

Hunter’s parents both played at Georgia - mother Brandi played basketball for Andy Landers while father Brice caught passes from Mike Bobo and Eric Zeier. The current sophomore got the word on Thursday.

“It feels amazing, man,” Hunter told National Recruiting Analyst Chad Simmons. “That was my goal this year, and it happened. I just stayed patient and worked my butt off.”

According to Scout’s database, Hunter is the 17th prospect to be offered by the Bulldogs, and only the eighth from Georgia.
