Flood of Recruits Checking out Dawgs Tuesday

ATHENS - Which top prospects are in Athens? Quite a few.

Dawg Post has already confirmed that 4-star McEachern DL Julian Rochester and 4-start Folsom (Calf.) OL Jonah Williams are on campus today visiting the Bulldogs. But Georgia is expected as many as 18 prospects to be on hand for today's practice.

"Williams has stayed pretty quiet on the recruiting front," Scout.com national recruiting analyst Chad Simmons said. "He's one of the few true offensive tackles in the country out there.

Momentum could be gaining for Georgia with Rochester. He told Simmons that the Bulldogs were his "top school" earlier this week. Now Simmons credits Georgia DL coach Tracy Rocker with getting Rochester interested with the Bulldogs.

"If you would have asked me if Georgia would sign Rochester a few months ago I would have said that is unlikely," Simmons admitted.

Also in town: Bailey Hockman and Tyler Smith
