Anchrum Gets Big Offer

3-star OL Tremayne Anchrum got a big offer on Tuesday.

The McEachern prospect was offered by Georgia - pushing his offer total over 15.

“The offer didn't surprise me we have been talking for a while, and I saw it coming,” Tremayne Anchrum said. “I’m interested in Georgia. I will probably be back in Athens soon.”

Anchrum is considered one of the top offensive tackles in Georgia, and he says he’s comfortable with the new coaches on the offensive side of the ball in Athens.

“I like the new coaches especially Coach Sale and Coach Schottenheimer,” he said.

Anchrum says that he “doesn’t have any favorites right now”. Georgia, Nebraska, Arizona State and others have offered so far.

“Georgia has a great campus and area also it's not to far from home,” Anchrum added. “I like how consistent Georgia is in winning they have always been a top tier program, and I like the way Coach Richt coaches his players. The facilities are great so are the people, and I feel if I have a chance to make it to the NFL they could do it for me.”

Anchrum said he's going to wait a few months before picking his school.

“I plan to commit toward the end of the summer.” Anchrum said.
