Though he seemed to enjoy the day surrounded by more than 300 other prospects, it didn't pale in comparison to hanging out with fellow Georgia commits Jacob Eason and Ben Cleveland and close friend Chad Clay.
When they hang out, they get to drive golf carts around Athens, Georgia, which McGhee said was one of his favorite memories throughout the recruiting process.
McGhee said that connections are often drawn between him and Sanders.
"People say that we remind them of each other," McGhee said.
McGhee plays quarterback, receiver and corner for Peach County but will be another piece of the backfield puzzle once he gets to Athens. He really likes his position coach, defensive coordinator Jeremy Pruitt, and says that DC reminds him of his current coaches.
Cousin of 2015 LB Roquan Smith, McGhee said Georgia "just showed so much love" during his visits.
Smith, who is an avid hunter, and McGhee both bring a little country to the team as McGhee said he plans on majoring in something involved in agriculture.
