"I think Tuesday's practice goes a long way in getting them to focus on what they need to do," said Georgia head coach Mark Richt. "It's a grueling practice."
Richt added the Bulldogs (1-0) hope to build some momentum to their season with a solid performance on Saturday.
"Football is a game of momentum, and it's hard to change," said Richt. "Whichever team wins this game is going to have momentum."
The Bulldogs worked on all phases of the game Tuesday.
They have three more days before their Southeastern Conference opener against the Gamecocks (1-0), who are nationally-ranked 21st in the latest Associated Press poll. Saturday's game will be televised live on ESPN with kickoff at 7:45 pm. All Georgia football games will be broadcast on NewsTalk 750 WSB and the WSB/Georgia Bulldogs Radio Network.
