2019 Lineman Already Earning Big Offers

Matt DeBary gives an update on Keiondre Jones, a massive 2019 OL from Callaway.

Keiondre Jones is a 2019 offensive lineman from Callaway High School in Hogansville, Georgia.  The 6’3 254 lb. tackle prospect is just a freshman and is still growing.  Jones has great upside and has already gotten the attention of some of the most successful college football programs in the country.  Auburn, Alabama, and Georgia among others have already offered the talented freshman.

“Georgia and Alabama are recruiting me the hardest.”  Jones said. ”I grew up watching Alabama and I think the player I resemble most is Alabama left tackle Cam Robinson.”

Jones has already taken plenty of visits so far in his recruitment, and said “I’ve visited Alabama twice, Georgia three times, Auburn twice, and Tennessee once.  Auburn and Alabama and Georgia have offered but Alabama and Georgia were always my favorite schools.”

Jones admitted he is strongly considering Georgia in the early stages of his recruitment, but admitted that he does have a relationship with new Georgia head coach Kirby Smart

“I love the facilities and the atmosphere in Georgia.”  Jones said.  “Me and Coach Smart are really close but I haven’t heard from him yet since he has gotten the Georgia job.”

Jones is definitely a prospect to remember in the next few years, and is an early candidate to be a five-star prospect for the 2019 class.

Other names to remember in the 2019 class:

Dominick Blaylock, WR, Walton (GA)

Blaylock is a very talented freshman who makes the WR position look so easy.  He runs good routes, creates separation, catches the ball well, and can make plays on special teams as well.  He not not have ideal size, but the athleticism is there.

Jadon Haselwood, WR, Cedar Grove (GA)

Haselwood is a 6’2 175 lb. freshman who has great speed and playmaking ability.  He does not have the offers that Jones and Blaylock currently have, but Haselwood will get them soon.
