With the opportunity to sign at least five five-star players for the first time ever in UGA history, Kirby Smart and his staff will visit two prospects who can help him get to that historic number.
Chad Simmons is reporting that 5-star ATH Demetris Robertson will be visited today by new WR coach James Coley and new linebackers coach Glenn Schumann. Robertson has not scheduled an official vist to UGA yet, and the Bulldogs seem to suddenly be trailing Notre Dame. But Robertson’s recruiting has been an adventure.
Smart will visit with 5-star ATH Mecole Hardman on Thursday. Hardman is heavily considering the Bulldogs and most insiders think the Bulldogs have a lead of significance for the Elbert County star. Insiders also point to Hardman’s tight relationship with UGA QB Jacob Eason as reason he will eventually sign to play in Silver Britches.
Coley is also scheduled to meet with Alabama commit and McEachern 4-star WR Tyler Simmons. The Bulldogs will have to pull a rabbit out of a hat to sign up the suburban Atlanta star.
