“It was a little different, but the feeling was great, and that never changes at Georgia,” the four-star UGA commit said on Sunday. "The vibe was great this weekend.”
Georgia’s weekend was full of big-bodied prospects. Five-star Lanier DL Derrick Brown was with Clark as well as three-star Jacksonville OL Solomon Kindley, who committed to sign with the Bulldogs at the end of the weekend. Clark, Brown and Kindley would be about 1,000 pounds of prospects new coach Kirby Smart would love to call his own on Signing Day.
"The best part of the visit was sitting beside Kirby Smart at the basketball game,” Clark said. “We talked about how he is ready to get things started there. I think he is a great coach and a great man.”
Clark’s visit to UGA also included a visit with defensive line coach Tracy Rocker.
"Coach Rocker's main message to me was: ‘he cannot wait to get me there’. I am excited to play for him. I think he can teach me a lot,” Clark said. "I am 100-percent committed to Georgia, and I love the fans, the coaches and the team that we are putting together right now."null
