SEC to Decide Saturday's Schedule on Wednesday

University of Tennessee athletic director Doug Dickey announced today that Southeastern Conference Commissioner Roy Kramer has scheduled a conference call for all league athletic directors tomorrow afternoon to discuss the circumstances of the current events.

"The conference office will be as informative as possible at that time to provide information to our fans and all concerned regarding this weekend's Southeastern Conference football schedule," said Dickey.

All 12 SEC member institutions are scheduled to play this weekend. Tennessee is slated to travel to Florida for 3:30 p.m. (Eastern) kickoff in a CBS nationally televised game. The Vols and Gators enter Saturday's game both ranked in the nation's Top 10. The 2-0 Gators are ranked No. 2, while Tennessee, also 2-0, is ranked No. 8.

Other league games scheduled for Sept. 15 include: Southern Miss at Alabama (in Birmingham), North Texas at Arkansas, Auburn at LSU, Houston at Georgia, Kentucky at Indiana, Vanderbilt at Mississippi, Brigham Young at Mississippi State and Bowling Green at South Carolina.
