2017 prospects talk about their Georgia visit

Three 2017 prospects talk about their visits to Georgia this past weekend.

B.J Sharpe is a three-star defensive lineman for Southwest (GA) in Macon.  The 6-foot-4 249-pound lineman showed good quickness and stood out during the Elite Junior Classic last December.  Sharpe had some great things to say about his visit to Georgia.

"I would rate my visit to Georgia a 10!" Sharpe said.  "My favorite part was learning everything I need to know about Georgia academically and athletically."  Sharpe also said he was able to speak to head coach Kirby Smart as well as defensive line coach Tracy Rocker during his visit.

Chad Terrell is a wide reciever for North Paulding (GA) and is a prospect on the rise for the 2017 class.  Terrell has good size at 6-foot-3 196 pounds, and will continue to get more and more D1 offers throughout his recruitment.  The Georgia native was very pleased with his visit to Georgia as well.

"My visit to Georgia was great!"  Terrell said.  "I'm very thankful for being able to come.  I love the people and the facilities."

The weight room in particular was something that caught Terrell's eye.

"Some of my favorite parts were visiting the weight room and talking with all of the coaches."  Terrell said.  "I got to talk personally with head coach Kirby Smart, wide reciever's coach James Coley, and offensive coordinator Jim Cheney.  We talked about what it takes to be a Bulldog, their dailey life, relationships, and how to improve!  Their personalities were really cool.  They were energetic in a way that pushes you not a way that causes issues or anything like that."

Another prospect who visited Georgia this weekend was Rome (GA) linebacker Jaylen Griffin.

"I met head coach Kirby Smart, defensive coordinator Mel Tucker, and offensive coordinator Jim Cheney."  Griffin said.  "They all loved my size and film.  I plan on letting them see what I can do when I'm up against the best of the best during their upcoming camps.  Overall I loved rhe campus and the coaches.  I plan on making more trips to Georgia very soon."
