Legge's Thoughts: UGA Insider Practice Report

ATHENS - More movement at QB for the Bulldogs today, but new player joins the fold at RB.

Georgia’s quarterbacks certainly look better than they did this time last year in terms of just throwing the football. Today it was Jacob Eason’s day to run with the No. 1 unit, and he some deep balls short and missed slightly here and there on some other throws. Eason had what I would describe as a perfectly fine day, but it wasn't exceptional. I didn’t see Brice Ramsey, who went with the No. 3s, miss a throw. Greyson Lambert went with the No. 2 unit today.

All three threw the deep balls pretty well. All three threw the intermediate vertical ball well. The group seems to be improved from what we saw in the spring for sure - it feels like a massive move forward from last fall.
