Dawg Post Tuesday Recruiting Update:

Dawg Post gives the latest on today's recruiting news.

The Georgia staff extended multiple offers today, including three out of California. Augustus Hawkins (CA) athletes Jordan Berry (2020 DT), DeGabriel Floyd (2019 ATH), and Eric Fuller Jr. (2018 ATH) all received offers this morning.

The Bulldogs also offered Fort Lauderdale (FL) safety Joshua Sanguinetti today. The 6-foot-2 170-pound sophomore also holds offers from Ohio State, Wisconsin, Louisville, Miami, among others.

Archbishop Moeller (OH) defensive lineman Aeneas Hawkins also received an offer from Georgia today. The 6-foot-3 260-pound junior also holds offers from Clemson, Ohio State, Florida, Florida State, among others.

According to his Twitter account, Kirby Smart and others were in Terrell County today to check on 2017 commit Tray Bishop. “Them big dawgs just left #Smart #Tucker #Sherrer.”

In other recruiting notes, Alabama extended an offer yesterday to Hapeville Charter DB Christopher Smith. Smith is a major Georgia target in the 2018 class and the Bulldogs are sitting in a great spot at the moment. He is a high school teammate of 2017 UGA signee William Poole.

The Crimson Tide also extended an offer to 2018 athlete Richard Jibunor. The Athens Christian (GA) star plays receiver and outside linebacker for his high school team, and is a prospect who has earned major offers the past few weeks. Look for more schools to start offering one of the top athletes in Georgia for the 2018 class. Smith is the second-ranked cornerback prospect in Georgia.

2018 target Trey Hill of Houston County (GA) picked up an offer from Southern California today. Hill is the third-ranked guard prospect in Georgia for the 2018 class.

Greater Atlanta Christian lineman Christopher Hinton continues to pick up big offers. Yesterday Hinton was offered by Ohio State, Auburn and Tennessee. Hinton is one of the top 2019 players in the entire country, and will be able to pick his school of choice. His younger brother Myles Hinton is also becoming one of the hottest recruits in Georgia. The elite 2020 prospect has been offered by Michigan, Ohio State, Auburn, and Tennessee the past few days.

Parkview sophomore athlete Malik Washington received an offer from Duke today. The versatile play-maker also holds offers from Auburn and Louisville. He is on Georgia’s radar and visited Georgia two weekenda ago with the True19 team from Georgia.
