Buford vs. Houston County:
The always talented Buford Wolves led by new head coach John Ford will feature a strong defense, talented offensive line, elite running back duo, and a new freshman quarterback against the Bears from middle Georgia. The Wolves offensive is led by running back Christian Tuner who is committed to Michigan, and a great duo of 2019 guards in Riley Simmons and Harry Miller. The two were offered by Florida and multiple other programs in recent weeks. Athlete Anthony Grant is a force at running back and linebacker.
The Bears are home to one of the top offensive line prospects in the country and major Georgia target Trey Hill. The mammoth guard prospect has climbed the rankings slowly over the years, and has had a monster camp season this spring. Hill is a national recruited and the Bulldogs are in a great spot at the moment, but will have to fight off Clemson and Auburn for his signature. Houston County receiver Tyler Fromm, younger brother of UGA freshman quarterback Jake Fromm, is also a prospect to know in the 2019 class.
Grayson vs. Tucker:
The state champion Grayson Rams have a loaded roster full of some of the nation's top 2019 prospect. The Bulldogs are in a great spot for outside linebacker Kevin Harris, and made made a move for elite linebacker Owen Pappoe, one of the highest ranked prospects in the country.
The Tucker Tigers are also coming off a state championship season, thanks to star receiver and Georgia target Josh Vann. The four-star prospect is looking the hardest and Georgia and South Carolina at this time. The Tigers defense is led by middle linebacker Michael Harris, a strong Ohio State lean. 2019 defensive lineman Derrick McLendon and Tyler Brown are also in for a big fall.
Troup County vs. Callaway:
A big scrimmage in west Georgia will feature some of the nation's top underclassmen. The Troup Tigers are led on defensive by 2019 defensive end King Mwikuta, a long pass rusher quickly who becoming a top target for Georgia. Elite athlete Kobe Hudson is Georgia's top priority in the 2020 class, and already holds offers to major programs across the country. Hudson has been phenomenal so far this spring at receiver, but will be an impact player on either side of the ball.
Callaway is led by 2019 lineman Keiondre Jones, another top sophomore prospect in the country. The massive tackle grew up watching the Bulldogs play, and have been a top target for close to two years now. Callaway running back Cartavious Bigsby is becoming one of the top backs in the 2020 class, picking up major offers on a daily basis. Bigsby has visited Athens multiple times this year and has built a strong relationship with assistant coach Dell McGee.
Harrison at Kennesaw Mountain:
Harrison quarterback Justin Fields is one of the top overall prospects in the 2018 class. With his great size and arm strength, Fields is a true dual-threat weapon who has the chance to be a star at the next level. Fields is currently committed to Penn State, but the Florida Gators are making a strong push for this elite playmaker.
Kennesaw Mountain tight end Ryland Goede is a major Georgia target in the 2019 class.
