Middle GA ATH trips to FSU

Cedric Hodges has several very good offers, and he went to FSU this weekend. The 'Noles had been his leader, where do they stand now?

RB/DB Cedric Hodges tripped to Tallahassee this weekend for the big game between Miami and Florida State, and like thousands of others, got caught in the torrential rain.

"I was soaking wet when I stepped out of the car, and I got down there later than I supposed to so I missed the pregame stuff. The game was straight, except I wanted FSU to win," Hodges said.

Did the visit change anything amongst his leaders?

"Florida State is still in front, and I like MTSU, Georgia, and Georgia Southern as well."

The home state Bulldogs are the only school amongst his favorites who have not extended the Middle Georgia star an offer to this point. That may be changing very soon.

"Coach Johnson from UGA called me on Saturday before their game, but of course I was at FSU," Cedric said. "I'm going to call him back, and I hope they'll offer me. If they do, then they would become my leader."

Does Cedric have a preference on what position he'd prefer?

"I would like to be a running back, and all the teams have given me a choice. But, if Georgia offers I'd rather play defense because they have about 56 tailbacks right now," Hodges joked.

This one still has a ways to go, but if UGA gets in the mix with an offer, they will be very tough to beat.
