Jeremy Lomax is a name that is conspicuously absent from the Georgia Hot 100, but that is an oversight that will corrected in the very near future. Lomax is a force coming off the edge at the defensive end position. He has racked up several offers.
"I've gotten offers from Georgia, Tennessee, Louisville, Cincinnati,
Indiana, ECU, NC State, and Virginia," said Lomax who also added a verbal
offer from South Carolina. "I've already been to Virginia for an official
visit, and NC State, Georgia, and Tennessee will likely get visits as well. I've
been to Mississippi State/Oregon, and NC State/North Carolina for games, and I
am going to Tennessee/Mississippi state next weekend. My brother Wayne is at
Mississippi State right now."
Jeremy is one of the reasons that Lovejoy
is having such a tremendous season. The wildcats are 9-0 on the season, and are
on a huge roll heading into the state playoffs. Lomax has racked up 76 tackles
and 12 sacks thus far on the season.
