NC ATH names Top 4

North Carolina athlete Jamar Bryant has four schools that he is taking the most serious look.

Rockingham, NC prospect Jamar Bryant has quarterbacked his squad to a perfect 12-0 record this season. He currently lists 4 favorites.

"Right now, it's down to North Carolina State, Clemson, Georgia, and North Carolina. They have all offered me a scholarship."

What does Bryant like about each of his finalists?

N.C. State: "They pass the ball a lot and have a good offense."
Clemson: "I don't know much, but Coach O'Cain is my favorite coach to talk with."
Georgia: "They have 3 or 4 senior receivers, and they like to throw it. I think I could play early there."
North Carolina: "Chapel Hill is pretty close to home."

Bryant has yet to take any visits, but he knows what he'll be looking for when he does.

"I'm looking at the engineering program and the distance from home the most. All of the schools on my list are good academically, and none of them are too far away, so it will be a tough decision.

Jamar has set one visit to Clemson on January 9th, and will schedule his others in the coming weeks. He plans to commit sometime after visiting all of his favorites.
