Top Florida WR discusses Favorites

Greg Carr is one of the best receivers from the state of Florida. He has offers from all of the major players in the region, and he currently lists six favorites.

"Florida State, Georgia, Miami, Wake Forest, Alabama, and Pittsburgh are my leaders. All of them have offered me."

What does Greg Carr like about each of his finalists?

Florida State: "The tradition there is just really good."
Georgia: "Their coaches told me that may lose 4-6 receivers after this year, and that really gets your attention pretty quick."
Miami: "They have great tradition, and they have a reputation of developing great players."
Wake Forest: "They are a pretty young team, and like Georgia they are losing some receivers."
Pittsburgh: "I watched them on TV, and they love to throw the football."
Alabama: "They are going to lose some receivers as well, and I really like the coaching staff.

What is the most important factor in Greg's decision?

"Just feeling like I fit in is the biggest thing. Playing early is nice, but it's not everything to me."

Carr has yet to set any official visits, and he has only been on one unofficial this season (Florida State/Colorado). He currently has 35 catches, and 12 TD's.

North Marion High School enters the first round of the playoffs this Friday evening.
