Firm with Leader, but Taking Visits

Big time Defensive End Prospect Jeremy Lomax has a solid leader, but he is taking visits.

Lovejoy defensive end, Jeremy Lomax, had intended to make a trip to Atlanta for the big Georgia/Georgia Tech rivalry match up last Saturday. Did he end up going?

"I just chilled out this weekend. I was pretty upset after we lost that tough playoff game to Westside-Macon on Friday night, and I didn't feel like doing anything. Their running backs (Travis Evans & Wanza Williams) are the real thing. I'll tell you that," Lomax said.

Are things still the same with his recruitment?

"Georgia is still my leader. I like N.C. State, Louisville, Tennessee, Kentucky, Michigan State, and Wisconsin too."

What has made the Dawgs his definitive leader?

"The fans are just unbelievable. They cheer during kick offs, they cheer during extra points, and when they score touchdowns.Oh man. Coach Richt has an 8 year extension, and I love his hands on approach. He has really turned them around. Also, the SEC is just the best hands down. You can get beat by anybody on any given day. Even teams like Vanderbilt have a shot to win each game they play."

Where will Lomax take his visits?

"I have already gone to Virginia and Indiana. I'm going to N.C. State this week, and Louisville next weekend. I'm leaning to Georgia for my last visit, but they are close to me and I can see them whenever I want. I may go to Tennessee instead."
