Top Georgia OL already has 2 Offers

Lovejoy OL Chris Scott is one of the top OL's in the country for 2005. The big guy has picked up 2 outstanding offers, and is receiving attention from schools as far away as the west coast, and up into Michigan.

"I got offered by Tennessee the day after signing day, and Georgia offered me the day after that. I like them and Florida State, Michigan, Auburn, and Oklahoma," Chris Scott said.

Scott is a lifelong Peach State resident, but he grew up as a fan of the dominate Seminole teams in the 90's.

"I'm an FSU fan. I started liking them when I was 7 or 8."

What will Chris be looking for the most during the process?

"I'm looking at academics, and campus environment mostly."

Lovejoy High School was loaded with D1 signees in the 2004 class including Georgia signee Jeremy Lomax and Tennessee signee Anthony Parker. What has Scott learned from those guys who have already been through this whole process?

"They told me it gets real hectic, but it's a ton of fun at the end."

How big is the OT prospect right now?

"I'm like 6'6 310lbs, and my best 40 time is either a 5.2 or a 5.3"

Scott plans to take his time with recruiting, and says he will not commit anywhere early in the process. He will be a definite player to watch in the state of Georgia for 2005.
