DB Emerging from South Georgia

B.J. Fields is a name you will be hearing a lot about in the coming months.

Emerging as one of the Peach State's top cornerbacks is B.J. Fields. Fields, 5-11 and 182 pounds, stars for Woodbine (Ga.) Camden County High School.

"I believe that I am an all-around player," said Fields. "There is not too much I can not stop." Fields has set up an official visit to Georgia Tech (1-11). He also likes Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, and Tennessee. "I want to pick a place where I feel most at home. I am also looking at depth charts. I do not want to go to a school with twelve cornerbacks. I want to play."

Fields camped this summer at Georgia Tech. Last season as a junior, he recorded 79 tackles and 2 interceptions. This season, he has 42 tackles and 1 interception. Fields has attended the Georgia/South Carolina game and Florida State/ Miami game this year.

"I am pretty open. I think I might want to play in the SEC."
