Linebacker Tony Taylor commits to Georgia over the weekend.

The Georgia Bulldogs picked a verbal commitment from one of the state's top linebackers. "I committed to Georgia on Saturday," said Tony Taylor. "It is close to home and now my family can come and see me play all the time. I have kind of known for a while."

Taylor, 6-2 and 205 pounds, picked Georgia over Georgia Tech. He is a linebacker prospect from Watkinsville (Ga.) Oconee County High School. Taylor has 92 tackles, 6 sacks, 14 tackles for a loss and 2 interceptions on the season.
